We think DAA is great, but don't just take our word for it!

Catherine taught my daughter from the age of 5, in tap, modern and street dance, helping her gain her gradings. Cat Is fantastic with the children, encouraging and makes the lessons fun. My daughter loved her lessons and progressed well.

Maisie has enjoyed Catherine’s dance classes immensely over the years she has been attending them. Catherine is such a lovely, warm person and teacher who genuinely cares for her students and loves what she does. Maisie has turned into a beautiful dancer under Catherine’s tutorage (biased mummy!). I would highly recommend her classes.

Toby loved learning to dance with Miss Catherine. She was always kind, enthusiastic and inspiring. She was particularly encouraging for Toby as the lone boy in a class of girls. We were so sorry that she had to move away from the area. Although he likes his current teacher, we will both always have a soft spot in our hearts for Miss Catherine!

Lily has learnt so much throughout her three years with Dance Arts Academy, her teacher Catherine is professional, highly motivating and my daughter absolutely adores her! This is the most organised company I have worked with in terms of following up with parents, uniform orders etc. They put so much effort into the shows for the children and give up so much of their time to ensure children are ready for their exams. My daughter has gained 2 distinctions with Catherine and we are very sorry she has moved away from the area!

My daughter has danced with Miss Catherine for a year and has always enjoyed her class for tap and ballet. Her highlight was the yearly show and dancing on stage with her dance group. Thank you for making it fun

Friendly, fun and relaxed dance classes. Opportunities for exam qualifications. A good range of age groups catered for - my 2 really enjoyed their time with DAA, Catherine was a fantastic teacher and instilled confidence through her teaching. Would definitely recommend.

Anna has been going to Dance Arts Academy classes for a few years now, and does 5 different classes for Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Musical Theatre, and she just loves them all. The classes really are good, and I’ve joined an Adult Jazz class myself in the evening too! I really like that there’s no pressure to do exams unless they want to, and they aren’t pushed beyond what they are capable of, but are progressing all the time in a fun and professional environment. The end of year show was just fantastic, it was a huge show with amazing costumes which was amazing for a small company. It’s so well run and great value for money, and Anna always comes out with a smile on her face.

We can’t recommend Dance Arts Academy and the lovely Miss Catherine more highly. Super professional, great classes and genuine enthusiasm and affection for the young people worked with. My 5 yr old and her friends still ask when they can see Miss Catherine again and show her how they’re progressing since she started them on their journeys in ballet, tap and also street dance. Lucky youngsters in her new location who now get the opportunity to be taught by this special teacher and her team!

Catherine was our dance teacher at my daughters 8th birthday party. Theme was cheerleading to little mix. Catherine was very professional. She kept all 16 children engaged and they had lots of fun making a dance routine Catherine had lots of ideas but also let the children add there ideas. They all had a fab time and it was a stress free party for me .

Cara thoroughly enjoyed ballet with Catherine and was very sad to see her go. Excellent with the children and great at what she does!

We spent a long time searching for the right Dance School and were very fortunate to find DAA and Catherine. My daughter Holly is quite reserved and Catherine was the perfect teacher for her, lovely with exactly the right balance of discipline (other school dance teachers had a ferocious reputation, completely wrong for Holly). Holly absolutely loved her dance lessons (and Miss Catherine) which did wonders not only for her technique, but for her confidence too. Would recommend without hesitation.

My daughter Rose started off doing Monkey Music at DDA and loved it and then progressed to Tiny Toes with Catherine. She loved the class with her little friends and was always engaged in what was happening throughout the time. She took part in the class for around 12 months and will continue to grow with her dancing ability.

Dance Arts Academy is a fantastic school! I thoroughly recommend the courses and Miss Catherine, who is an absolute star!!! My daughter attended her first ballet class with Miss Catherine about 2 years ago. She has progressed so much since then and still continues attending for her Ballet and Tap class every week. Thank you very much Dance Arts Academy!

I’ve been doing tap and jazz lessons with Cat for 3 years now and she’s always been so nice and helpful teaching me to dance, passing exams and giving me loads of confidence. I’ve enjoyed all the shows we’ve done and have loved having her as my teacher.

Catherine and Disco Duck were fabulous at my 3 year olds birthday party - the kids really enjoyed themselves and joined in, encouraged by Catherine. Catherine was easy to contact, punctual, good value and really made the party special.
